Our service agreements are suitable for permanent, part-time and fixed term executives that are employed by your company. We recommend that it is used with our employment handbook. The service agreement complies with the employment legislation in England and Wales.

Employers are required by law to give a written statement of the main terms of employment to their employees, including executives, within eight weeks of them starting work. In addition to a service agreement and employee handbook, we also provide other employment documents, such as an employment contract for your company’s staff. It too complies with UK employment legislation, but does not contain the provisions specific to a director’s service agreement.
