Employers are required by law to give a written statement of the main terms of employment to their employees, including executives, within eight weeks of them starting work. For example, the directors’ service agreement might provide that their use of a company car could, at the company’s discretion, be replaced with a car allowance. In addition to a service agreement and employee handbook, we also provide other employment documents, such as an employment contract for your company’s staff. It too complies with UK employment legislation, but does not contain the provisions specific to a director’s service agreement.
